Your Assistant Softphone is a feature-rich, fully functional softphone that provides full access to communications and collaboration from any location with a high-speed Internet connection.

Not only can remote users access such Your Assistant features as controlling a telephone or conference call via simple drag-and-drop commands, or having presence and availability capabilities to determine if someone is at their desk, on the phone or available for a secure chat using the Your Assistant desktop application, but they can do this remotely with the Your Assistant Softphone, appearing as though they are at their desk, anytime, anywhere.

The Mitel Teleworker solution allows you to securely connect to and access your corporate voice network through the Your Assistant Softphone from home or on the road without the need for a VPN connection. All Your Assistant functionality, including full presence, video and data collaboration facilities are available. A minimum of Teleworker 4.0 software is required. This has been available since June 1st, 2006.
